Freshly stone-milled flour orders are accepted anytime. We mill twice a week — Thursdays and Sundays. After you place a flour order, we’ll email you.

I will mill your flour an ~hour prior to pick up time for ultimate freshness and nutritional impact! I strongly suggest ordering only what you need also ordering an amber glass jar. All milled flour not used within 3-7 has a serious decrease in nutritional value. When I vacuum seal it in an amber glass jar it helps to combats this issue.

**Baking is done once a week. You can pick up baked goods on Sundays from 9 am to 5:00 pm near Carlsbad High School. Weekly the deadline to order for Sunday pick up, is noon on the Thursday before. Pickup is in north Carlsbad near Carlsbad High School. Early Sunday you’ll receive an email of the pickup address when your order is ready.
