Whole wheat sourdough bread can be enjoyed daily with no guilt when it is made with freshly stoned milled (FSM) ancient grains, filtered water, and a wee bit of sea salt.

We sell home baked goods and freshly milled flour by the ounce.

Baking is done once a week. You can pick up baked goods on Sundays from 9 am to 5:00 p.m. near Carlsbad High School. The deadline to order for Sunday pick up is by noon on the Thursday before.
