All orders can be picked up in north Carlsbad, CA near the Carlsbad High School, on Sundays from 12 pm- 5:30 pm. The sourdough flour is freshly stone milled organic Einkorn, Emmer, Rye or Khorasan grains that takes 48-72 hours to cold bulk ferment, with the whole process lasting 2-3 days. No delivery is available except to Alliance Carlsbad Jiu-Jitsu gym members or Scripps Encinitas Hospital ICU.

Currently orders are accepted online through by Thursday noon for that Sunday’s pickup. For example, if you order on Saturday or Sunday, your bread will be ready the next Sunday. If you place your order any time from Monday through Thursday, but make sure it’s before noon on Thursday, your freshly baked bread will be ready and waiting for you that Sunday. Orders placed after Thursday noon (like Thursday afternoon) will be for the following Sunday.
